These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PakSouls, including our website at paksouls.com, our member platform at members.paksouls.com, and any related mobile applications (together, the "Service"), operated by PakSouls ("PakSouls", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To use PakSouls, you must:
Profiles created "for" someone else (for example, by a parent or sibling) must be created with that person's knowledge and consent, and must accurately represent that individual.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We offer two-factor authentication and login controls — we encourage you to use them.
You may pause, hide or delete your account at any time from your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
Creating a profile, getting verified, browsing suggestions, searching the member directory, sending connection requests and messaging members you are connected with are free, and remain free. We may offer optional paid features — such as additional visibility — for members who choose them. Paid features are always optional and never a requirement to access the core matchmaking experience described above.
PakSouls exists to help members find a compatible spouse. You agree not to:
We may investigate and take action — including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal — against accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Email and phone verification are required before a profile becomes visible to other members. Photo and education verification are optional. Verification confirms only what it specifically checks — for example, email verification confirms control of an email address, not identity — and badges on the Service are labeled accordingly. We reserve the right to request additional verification, or to remove a profile, if we reasonably believe information provided is false.
PakSouls allows members to optionally involve a parent or Wali in their search and conversations. This feature is provided for your convenience and is entirely at your discretion — PakSouls does not require family involvement to use the Service, and does not mediate or adjudicate family or religious matters.
You retain ownership of the photos, profile information and messages you submit ("Member Content"). By posting Member Content, you grant PakSouls a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display it to other members as necessary to operate the Service, consistent with your privacy settings. You represent that you have the right to share any Member Content you upload.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to other members or to the Service.
PakSouls helps members discover and connect with potential matches, but we do not guarantee compatibility, a successful introduction, or marriage. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment — including verifying information independently and involving family where appropriate — before making personal or marital decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PakSouls will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including interactions with other members. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify members through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
