Why PakSouls exists
PakSouls is a place for serious Pakistanis to find a compatible spouse — privately, respectfully, and with family involvement when they choose it. These guidelines exist so every member can search and connect with confidence. They apply to your profile, messages, and every interaction on the Service.
Be honest
- Use recent, genuine photos of yourself.
- Describe your age, education, profession, location and marital history accurately.
- Be clear about your intentions — PakSouls is for members who are genuinely open to marriage.
- If you're creating a profile on behalf of a family member, do so only with their knowledge and consent, and represent them accurately.
Be respectful
- Treat every member with courtesy, even when a connection isn't the right fit — "not the right match" is enough, no explanation owed.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on sect, ethnicity, caste, disability or any other personal characteristic.
- No pressuring a member who has said no, blocked you, or gone quiet.
Respect privacy
- Don't screenshot, forward or share another member's photos, messages or contact details without their consent.
- Respect a member's stated privacy settings — if their photo is private, don't ask them to bypass it; request access the proper way instead.
- Only ask for phone number, WhatsApp or address once a connection has been mutually established.
No solicitation or commercial activity
PakSouls is not a place to advertise a business, promote another app or service, solicit donations, or recruit for anything unrelated to genuine matchmaking. Profiles and messages used for these purposes will be removed.
Family and Wali involvement
Some members involve a parent or Wali in their search; others manage everything themselves. Both are welcome. Respect whichever approach the member you're speaking with has chosen, and don't assume or pressure them to change it.
Prohibited content
- Sexually explicit or suggestive photos or messages.
- Violent, illegal, or graphic content.
- Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting who you are.
- Content that exploits or endangers minors, in any form.
Reporting and safety tools
Block and report are available from every profile and conversation. If a member makes you uncomfortable, misrepresents themselves, or breaks these guidelines, please report it — reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially. You'll never be penalized for reporting in good faith.
How we enforce these guidelines
Depending on the severity and history of a violation, we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, remove specific content, or permanently ban a member from the Service. Serious safety violations may be escalated to law enforcement where appropriate.
