PakSouls is a Pakistani rishta and matrimonial site and app for people looking for a spouse, and the parents and siblings helping them. Members create a profile, get verified, search for compatible people and connect privately. It is for marriage, not casual dating.
Is PakSouls free?
Yes. Creating a profile, getting verified, receiving suggestions, searching, sending connection requests and messaging after a connection are all free. Optional paid subscriptions add extra features, and PakSouls Gold is an optional personal matchmaking service.
Who is PakSouls for?
Pakistanis in Pakistan and across the diaspora — the UK, USA, Canada, the Gulf, Australia, Europe and elsewhere — who want to get married, including divorced and widowed members looking for a second marriage.
How is PakSouls different from a dating app?
PakSouls is built for marriage. Profiles cover education, profession, family background and values; families can be involved with consent; and chat only opens when both sides accept a connection.
How is PakSouls different from a rishta aunty or classified ads?
You search yourself, with filters for city, country, education, profession and family background, and you can see exactly what each person has verified. Nothing is posted publicly, so your photos and phone number are not passed around. If you would rather have someone search for you, PakSouls Gold gives you a dedicated account manager.
Is PakSouls for a particular sect or community?
No. PakSouls welcomes Pakistanis of every background. Members describe their own values, religious practice and family outlook on their profile, and can search for what matters to them.
How do I create a PakSouls profile?
Sign up at members.paksouls.com or in the Android app with your email and phone number, fill in your profile in a few guided steps — you can paste or upload an existing biodata to speed this up — and take a quick live selfie.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 years old to use PakSouls.
Can my parents create a profile for me?
Yes. A parent, sibling or trusted matchmaker can create and manage a profile with the candidate’s recorded consent, and everything they do is labelled “on behalf of”. The person getting married takes the live selfie check themselves.
Why is my new profile pending review?
New profiles are checked before they appear in search, including matching your live selfie against your photos. If something needs fixing, you will see what to change and can edit your profile while you wait.
Is there a PakSouls app?
Yes, on Google Play for Android. The iPhone app is coming soon; until then PakSouls works fully in Safari or any browser at members.paksouls.com, with the same account everywhere.
What languages does PakSouls support?
The site and app are in English, and the support team answers in English and Urdu.
What does “verified” mean on PakSouls?
Each badge names one specific check — email, phone, live selfie or education — that has been completed. A badge is not a guarantee of character or compatibility, so keep using your own judgement and involve family.
Who can see my photos?
You decide: everyone who matches your preferences, verified members only, or only people you accept. Photos can be shown blurred until you connect.
Who can see my phone number?
Nobody, until you approve a contact request. Chat opens only after both sides accept a connection, and phone or WhatsApp details are shared only when you say so.
Someone asked me for money. What should I do?
Stop replying, do not send anything, and report the profile from inside PakSouls. Genuine proposals never need money, gift cards, crypto, or help with visa or travel fees.
What happens when I report or block someone?
A blocked member can no longer see your profile or contact you. Reports go to the PakSouls safety team, who review the profile or conversation and can remove the account. Reports are confidential.
Can overseas Pakistanis use PakSouls?
Yes. You can search for someone where you live, in Pakistan, or both, and set where you are willing to live after marriage. PakSouls has guides for Pakistanis in the UK, USA, Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Australia and Germany.
Can my family in Pakistan help if I live abroad?
Yes. A parent or sibling in Pakistan can manage or co-manage your profile with your consent, from anywhere, and everything they do is labelled “on behalf of”.
Is a nikah legally valid abroad?
It depends on the country. In England and Wales, for example, a nikah alone is generally not a legal marriage, while in Canada it can be with a provincial licence. Our country pages explain the basics; this is general information, not legal advice.

A subscription adds extra features to your own online search. Gold is a different, personal service where an account manager searches for you.
Can I hide or pause my profile?
Yes. You can hide or pause your profile from privacy settings at any time — for example while you are talking to someone seriously — and bring it back later.
How do I delete my account?
Go to account settings and choose delete account. There is a clear confirmation step before anything is removed.
